Easiest test to see if this is Lead caused is to use Pharma grade Ascorbic Acid in +3g doses with some Calcium Carbonate (-300mg) every couple of hours.
If after a couple of doses you get "Real" relieve of symptoms you can take an educated guess that this is Lead.

Plumbum will make these symptoms much more bearable but it also teaches the body to dump more lead into the blood stream which without a chelator can really be detrimental.

As for getting out Metals fast...better reprogram that thought...
