thx for the answer, will have a look at this!

however, i think i need something to go through the detox, i don't want to reduce the Iodine dose, i want the halides and metals to come out fast

do you think a "band-aid" temporary solution like st-john's wort is useless if the symptoms are from detox? dealing with anxiety and panic is harsh :/
