Thank you for your reply. I have been drinking freshly squeezed lemon water every day for months with no problems. So, you are saying my gut is too acidic?? Should I stop the acv or just try to neutralize my gut? I check my pH twice a day and I cannot seem to get it above a 6.2/6.4 although my diet is strictly fresh veggies with one meat or fish and one fresh fruit a day...some almonds for snacking too. I only drink water and Nettle tea. And I season everything with Sea Salt so I am already having that in my diet. Any help would be appreciated:)
