I have read that when you first start the UT, you go through a healig crisis, detox reaction. For me, I started with 10 drops under the toungue for a week or so and then I went to 20 drops and then 2 oz. and then 4 oz. and then 8 oz. I stayed at 8 oz. for a few weeks and was having severe Acne and was feeling weird. I have also been doing a lot of other things to cure my candida so it's hard to say what it was from. I stopped the UT a few days ago and have been feeling much better. I think I was going through a severe detox when I was up to that high of a dose because when I was on 2 or 4 oz. I felt better than 8 oz. When I first started the UT I felt GREAT! My skin was glowing and I had so much energy and felt really happy and loving. I stayed like that for a few weeks and then started feeling really sick when i went up in my dose. I was doing urine enemas in the beginning too which made me feel really good. Anyways, I think you are having a detox reaction and perhaps need to stay on it and see if you can pull through this part. My mom got severe die-off reaction and had to stop. I guess it just depends on how bad it is for you. Good luck! Blessings!
