I am currently on day 3 of a Water Fast for detox and weight loss. I have ordered a product called Oxypowder to do a 7 day colon cleanse, but I am also interested in doing a Liver Cleanse & Gallbladder Flush, could I please have your opinions on the order in which i should do these cleanses/flushes?

Colon first or Liver Cleanse & Gallbladder Flush first?
