I'm the exact same way. I've taken a synthetic B-complex for so long, I've built up a tolerance to it and it causes more anxiety. Personally, I think whole food vitamins would be a better choice and go get it in a multiple. In researching, I've found "The Garden of Life" ( also know as the Vitamin Code, as other post mentions this too . . . . to have the best quality of suppliments made from
ALL WHOLE FOODS. I'm in the 3rd stage of adrenal fatigue and it's been 6 months now and I'm still suffering with bad fatigue plus + but, am giving my body a break and rest from all the suppliments I've been taking. In the meantime, I've researched all the vitamins that are to help support adrenal function and found food lists that contain high quantities of these vitamins and eating them.

The syntheic B vitamins are probably to strong. I believe 'brewers yeast' contains the B vitamins, and it is a whole food. Balance is the key though for everything.
In diet, suppliments, exercise, work, resting. . . .
