I do not know anything new or more than I did when I first wrote the message.. but I continue to adopt and follow many things (i.e. natural) I have told by others to do in the mean time.. I go for tests every 3 months.. next one coming up in a few days.. so I will find out if things stayed the same or got worse... It is probably possible to make the situation better but only if one had a pretty bad lifestle to begin with.. and if improvements come, they come really slow... they are not significant (in situation like mine) that it is really obvious.. it is a long road and it is easy to give up thinking nothing is working (although it might be working really slowly)... as to completely correct the problem (a mechanical problem like this), it is hard to tell....

I have been taking:
(i) herbs (stopped juicing now but used to do very frequently)
(ii) natural supplements, like Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin C, L-Lysine, among many others..
(iii) Eating good as ever before...
