Roller coaster is right - I thought I went through the worst of the hg detox my first week of IP6 but the beginning of the last week (of my month on IP6) was the ABSOLUTE WORST since I began detoxing last year.

All of the symptoms come hard and fast - RLS, chest pain, hard to breathe, painful knee joints, facial twitching, waking every hour and the most terrifying dreams.

Of course, that's after taking your advice, Newport, and upping my dose to 4 G/day. ;-)

Happy I did the month. Even happier it's over.
