Hi Striveon,

Your Success and question: Hi Moreless and Everyone....HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!!

We recently purchased an elliptical trainer...I've only used it 4 times now. I've noticed that unlike previous times that I step up my exercise program that I'm not getting sore muscles like I normally would. It's not from the lack of effort in working out as I am working very hard and perspiring like crazy. However what I am doing is doing the 25 minutes of elliptical first and then I jump on my rebounder for another 15 or 20 minutes.

So Moreless, I have a question. Do you think rebounding after other forms of exercise is helping to eliminate some of the normal acid build up in the muscles? Or is it because of the drink....I don't have my alkalizing drink until later in the morning, but maybe I have enough mineral reserves built up now that it can counteract the acids from exercise.

Whatever is going on, I am loving it. I feel so positive and energetic after I'm done my routine...nothing like I have felt before so I must be doing something right.

Thank you to Moreless or anyone who might have a comment or their own observation.

Striveon:)

Answer: May you continue to find Blessings of Healing for your efforts !

When we Lack in the needed Alkaline Mineral Reserves and use our muscles they may give off Acids as they work that may not become Neutralized because of this Lack of needed Alkaline Mineral Reserves !

The rebounder may help move these Acids so they may not stay Concentrated in the areas of most muscle use, so this may help with the problem, but without the needed Alkaline Mineral reserves one may still become too Acidic !

Cause and Effect !

Smile Tis your choice.
