Scarface- The jiagolon was pretty good but a bit expensive since I purchased the chinese medicine on my own. I decided replacing it with panax ginseng since they both are great for circulation. Far as adrenal goes, adrenal are in the loop of the kidney so really start focusing on on the main body organs-KIDNEY, LIVER, HEART, & STOMACH and allow your body to recover.

Solidfood- Cordyseps is great! I love it because its also attacks the liver in a fantastic way and if you research the name, its great for oxygen as well as spleen qi. and regardless of the matter, cordyceps can be a lifetime intake with no harm.
