This is now my 10th day of juice fasting, which is all new to me, as well as this wonderful website (CureZone) and forums. I think overall, I am doing a good job. I want to accomplish a tremendous weight loss and a thorough cleansing, for a "new" body - inside and out. I read in another post of yours regarding the MC, that flax oil is contra-indicated. Is this the same for a juice fast?

I would greatly appreciate your advice.
