When Hoodia first came on the market a friend of mine used it and swore it really worked better than anything she had ever tired to suppress her appetite.  I took her advice and bought the liquid Hoodia first and it seemed to work for about 4 days then it didn’t make a difference for me so I bought the capsules and tried them and they didn’t work either, in fact just the other day I was cleaning out my kitchen cabinets and came across a bottle of the capsules and threw them away.

With something like that I believe what works for one doesn’t necessarily work for the other.  I am glad it worked for you I wish it had worked for me.
