That helps, unfortunately I made the decision to break my fast yesterday and decided I will restart on Thursday, the day just did not begin right starting with my horrible neighbour who began the day by blasting Lil Wayne at 5am. I am very sensitive to noises and feel everthing in my stomach and when I wake up like that even if I try to mediatate I still have the tension in my stomach. Anyway I also want to be able to fast on the full moon which I did not know if I could make it till then. But you guys are all great, good luck.
