Mrs. Lightning gave some very good advice.

I just want to mention that 1 table spoon of (raw, unfiltered, mother) apple cider vinegar-with some raw honey- mixed in 8oz of water is said to reduce plaque as well as LDL cholesterol.

Take this 2-3 times a day
