i have a couple of teenagers. i really enjoy talking with them at the dinner hour to find out how their day went etc. i find that on this cleanse i like to prepare and smell food so i made my daughter a dinner for one tonight and sat with her and drank my food like it was dinner. we had a nice time. keep on cleansing. you will be amazed when you are half way through how good you feel. :>)
