I have heard of theories where some claim that Bio-warfare versions of Lyme are bound to crystalline Brucella and or Mycoplasma but I can't make that link...

Certainly some co-infections like Bartonella clearly are sprayed via Brucella which breaks into infectious plasmids (Bartonella) and mycoplasma: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brucellosis#Biological_warfare
