you bring up another myth - the addictive power of nicotine. its not the nicotine, its the habit itself. organic american spirits have plenty of nicotine. what helps is still being able to enjoy smoking while withdrawing from the chems, both the additives and the fluoride laced fertilizers and pesticides. just like food based supplements compared to commercial pills, there is a big difference in the plant based nicotine and that which is added by big tobacco.

what does that say about those patches and gums? education instead of manipulation.
