Hello Big Wide World,

I stopped taking GTA forte a while back and started today again. Boy do I feel great today. Depression lifted, anxiety in check, energy galore, clear headed. Why I stopped- I think it was headaches from this, but I'm starting again to see whats up with that.

Also, I started by taking 4 capsules and that was way too much. I threw up probably two of them about 20 minutes after swallowing them. I've been reading around how people take Armour and am starting to take two in the am and two in the pm.
