How much of the LBB and Schulze bowel cleanser did/do you use?

I sometimes take my Colonix fiber I had leftover from a cleanse kit, but I don't take it regularly. I also sometimes take an herbal tea that cleanses me out. Also the magnesium keeps me regular, but I know were talking about the impacted gunk, not just regularity!

The liver cleanses FREAK me out b/c the one I did (H.C.flush) was horribly hard and I was sooooooo sick with it. I have a 5 year old who I stay home with and homeschool and Liver cleansing I understand is needed, but I'm freaked out to try another one because it wiped me out for a/b a week!! I can't tolerate nausea very well.......I get panick attacks literally!! Is the coke flush easier??
