I'm not arguing either.

But I'm pretty sure they're connected in some way. Whether they're the cause or the result of the problem is the question to me.

Are the blocked misplaced sebaceous glands causing the inflammation resulting in EC? Or is whatevers causing the EC causing the inflammation resulting in Fordyce's Spots? I'm trying to get hold of some Lactoferrin Lozenges at the moment. They're available from this site but it looks like they dont deliver to the UK:
