Hello, good to hear from you. In Kathryn's book does she recomend fasting or address the specific symptom of blurred or spotted vision? Liver flushing? What recommendations have helped you? I've been juicing and doing the enemas with some sporadic relief but not lately. I cut out carrots and began favoring greens over apples but have been feeling lousy- tired, depressed with poor vision and have begun faltering on my diet. I tried added flax oil and sea food but to no avail. I'm not sure where to go from here. Haven't ordered the book because I planned on testing out her plan first. Look forward to hearing from you and glad you are doing well(sounds like).
