Yea, I feel a little better although I still have these spots (floaters) in my visual field along with the fatigue and brain-fog which worsens when I eat anything- oatmeal this morning. Does Kathryn recommend fasting on green juice until things improve? I E-mailed her this question along with others but have-not heared back yet. Currently my aim is a balanced diet within her guidlines. Anyway- thanks for asking how I am doing. Hope you're doing well. Later, B
