Actually, the theory is a generally accepted proposal as opposed to regarding it as having been conclusively established. Only a law has been conclusively established.

That aside, the ToE is well established and is visibly apparant to us, including DQ.

That does not debunk the ToC (Theory of Creation) and the fact that original life was created and IS intelligently designed.

The ToC is not based on any religeous text or teaching but is strictly the observation that life is so complex and well designed that it could not have happened by chance.

Take the virus for example: It has the necessary DNA/RNA for reproduction but does not have the necessary components or organelles to carry out lifes functions. It fails as life but is actually created by life itself as a means of distributing existing genetic information. All viri come from living cells and not all viri kill or destroy.

The earliest observed and most primitive life forms on our planet are cyanobacteria and it is assumed that the present organisms evolved from those. But there is not any evidence that the cyanobacteria evolved from anything simpler. This is in itself significant evidence that life in the form of cyanobacteria was created. Otherwise, it might also be evidence that it came here from elsewhere. That being the case, it was probably just created in that elsewhere.

Again, just because it is taught as fact does not make it so.

It used to be taught as fact that washing hands between surgeries did not make a difference.

It used to be taught as fact that the earth was flat.

It used to be taught as fact that the earth was the center of the universe.
