Hi bananabender and telman,

"I, like you also feel that the Liver Flush is hard on the adrenals."

That's the thing I'm not convinced on though. As Telman even posted, the symptoms I'm feeling are HypEr-Thyroid related.

But those are also adrenal symptoms.....

So did I make myself hypErthyroid and get an overdose on medication or stress my adrenals?

Also, you read about "healing crisis". How do we know that this isn't some kind of "healing crisis" where things get worse before they get worse?
