I'm in a similar situation. I would guess you stressed your adrenals. If I do any type of flush, or even a weak coffee enema or herbs, I get anxiety, heart racing, muscle weakness, terrible backache, light sensitivity and so on. Takes a few days to feel halfway decent again.

I think these cleanses are really hard on the adrenals if you have any adrenal weakness issues.

I am also hypothyroid and take both Iodine and a small amount of T3.
