Humble seems to say it is ok to take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement if careful.

I would rather Use Ionic Silver instead (non toxic). You can drink and gargle it or use a nebulizer directly to the lungs. If you hold it in the mouth it will absorb into the blood stream.
