you are welcome..also I think Arnold Ehret pioneered the mucusless diet.

some of his books are found here along with other healers like schulze and I think Christopher material will eventually be added there as well.

I read rational fasting long ago. It promoted man's perfect diet as fruits and above ground veggies exclusively. He did some fascinating experiments detailed in that book.
