IP6 is phytic acid the same thing in soy that everyone falsely believes is robbing their bodies of minerals. So again it makes me wonder why all these things that people wrongly believe are dangerous in soy are fine as long as they are from any other source? I still think it goes back to the human nature of having a strong attraction to anything negative. This is why people will jump on anything negative they read without ever bothering to really research the facts.
