Hi Dax!

I don't have this problem but have friends who do. Usually it's a general sensitivity to citric acid , but you say you're okay with other fruits like limes? That makes it interesting! Not sure about your case at all! Could be that your gallbladder and liver doesn't appreciate the effect of the lemon juice? (it contracts the gallbladder.) That's all I can think of. :)
