I wouldn't recommend Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on a pregnant woman even in minute doses. Even if it isn't lethal, you don't know what effects it may have on an developing fetus. She has to see her OB/GYN! I like to use alternative medicines and have had great success. But, when I was pregnant I didn't want take any chances.

I used New Chapter Organic Prenatal supplements and it kept my immune System strong and helped me from getting colds, and I also had a winter pregnancy. I hope this helps.
