Trysten, I'm soooo proud of you, every single day. I know you have a lot of compassion to share for difficult experiences and I hope you contribute to discussions when you can.

I heard from a newer friend tonight, that went to rehab some three or four months ago. He's sober, meditating, oil pulling and dealing with anxiety without drugs. Tis the season for therapy - whatever form suits you. I hope this forum will be therapeutic as well.
