The product I like is Cell Forte (especially the Cell Forte Max3), which contains both inositol and IP6 (a form of inositol).  I am not sure exactly how it is made, but the product is highly regarded and is free of sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, dairy products, or preservatives. All colors used are from natural sources too.

You might try Jarrow Formulas IP6 for a rice bran product.  You can find it by Google, or I found it here at this link:
