I got up to 8 drops twice a day and had to stop I was feeling so ill. Pain in Kidneys, sides, legs and entire body aching. I had to stop.

You should have reduced your dose to once a day or less drops. Maybe it would be better for you to take 6 drops and never go higher.

And theirs always Lugols Iodine. If you have some type of infection you should be taking at least a few drops of Iodine per day to make sure the thyroid has enough to kill pathogens in the blood.
