In australia we get free medical treatment in any public hospital, but even for free you wouldn't want it, that being said the hospital is ok if you have a broken arm or something of that nature where the symptoms are blindingly obvious as to what the problem is. But , I have found that if you have symptoms that basically amount to just feeling like crap then its best to keep them to yourself. As the buhddists say, "In the company of fools keep your own counsel". good words to remember in a hospital or doctors surgery.
