I gotta tell ya, that's so true for me. I've never done it habitually, only once a year while camping and hadn't in years (since I've been immuno-wacked). I tried a smidgin of quality spore this summer and it was horrible. Everyone else was super grounded and my body was so pissed at me. I'm a rare but smart roller-coaster rider (never acid, not my style) but I did not have fun. I'm sure that was the last round. It wasn't worth it. But - ya know what I was happy about? I took out my herb chest, like a smart cookie, gave myself some electrolytes, cell food and kidney tincture and I was saved.
