this is so true. there is no guarantee that this persons mother or mine or anyone would have listened anyway. many people do not follow the advice of their doctors on a regular basis - dont try to lose weight, dont get more exercise, dont take the full course of Antibiotics because they feel better and might need it again and can skip the doctor visit... you know the drill.
