Hello everyone! First and foremost I want to say Happy New Year!! I hope everyone is looking forward to a New Year, better yet new beginnings. To those who know me, its great pleasure reuniting and to the rookies, I just want to say hang in there because I been in the same position that you are in and so I understand and say in sincere, that you will get through this candida.

I have been off-site but for good reasons. I started taking Chinese medicine three months and ago and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I am not 100% healed but I feel 80% better than before. My issues where Spleen & Liver issues which possibly trigger the start of candida. I tried so many things and you veterans know...LOL but I didnt want to "fix" or attack candida overall because my body was so STRESSED out that it STAYED unbalanced. I got into chinese medicine and found out my Spleen/stomach heat, liver, kidney, & circulation wasnt functioning properly. I started taking Bai Zhu, Astragulus, Blupluerum, Cordyseps, Panax Ginseng, Maca Root, and occasionally, Reishi.

Spleen/ stomach heat(Bai Zhu,Astragulus)
Heart(Panax Ginseng)
Liver(Bluperum)
Kidney & lungs(Cordyseps)
Candida(Reishi)
Maca root

My candida wasnt severe but I was told that i had poor circulation, lots of stomach heat and a poor liver. So i hoped I helped anyone into the right direction. It helped me and its always best in helping others if its beneficial :-)
