Thanks Bunches! I had read about taking Vit. C to reduce the Crummy parts but just not of how long before or after as A supplement cause we like Our Vit. C. I really do my homework on reading about the stuff as much as I can, But like I said I just musta missed it somewere. I really appreciate all the Info.
