I was just re-reading your message and had a question for you.

You mentioned that I should be having about 2-3 bowel movements per day. I am quite worried now because I only have them maybe every 2 to 3 days! I am quite thin, as well. Maybe this is my problem???

How can I get to be on a "normal" schedule again?
