Hello! I have just joined Cure Zone and am quite excited to find this board and its wealth of knowledge!

I am 30 years old and have had Acne for 20 years! I have tried absolutely everything (except accutane) and still manage to have mild to moderate Acne at all times!

Someone suggested a juice fast for a few days that may help my situation. Has anyone here done this? If so, what did the fast involve and what were your results?

I am so desperat to look "normal" again, so any fasting suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I have a long weekend coming up, and would love to try something!
