A dry, triangle shaped spot/dry patch in the middle of the top lip? As shown in this picture for example: //www.curezone.org/ig/i.asp?i=21688


This is the most annoying part of the lip for me, and the most noticable (Next to the zillions of fordyce spots on my top lip anyway). Does any one have any tips on keeping this area under control?
