About 6 years ago, I had a falling out with someone, a healthcare practitioner of mine, who I felt was not acting in my best interest. It was a very traumatic split all the same, and for years have felt anxious about running into her in public. Thankfully, I haven't.

This morning, I was laying on the couch, and all of a sudden I felt a "cold wind" blow through the room and I heard her name (inside my head). This cold energy swooped in and got inside me. I felt it all through me and it was not a kind energy at all. I was so shocked at its force and lack of boundaries. I kept saying, "Out! Out!" yet it would not leave. Finally it did but I was not at all relieved.

I have not thought about her in a long time. As far as I knew she shut the door on me years ago. Can anyone tell me - what the heck happened here?
