Good luck on this new adventure. I also did the high dose, high percent Iodine for 5 months. Then I did the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement protocol.

Vitamin C is powerful. Treat it the same as you did for iodine. Give Miracle-Mineral-Supplement a chance to work for 2 hours before vitamin C; or let vitamin C get digested about 2 hours before Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Really, 2 hours should be plenty. 4 hours would be safe. There is no harm. It is just that vitamin C will cancel the MMS. Do not deny yourself vitamin C. It is too necessary.

How long before you start feeling crummy? It's one of those "it depends" answers. If you continue with the protocol as described in the FAQ of this forum. It won't depend upon time as much as it will depend upon how many drops of MMS. It will also depend upon how much you have already detoxed with iodine. You may have no problem at all. I did not ever feel crummy for long. I had about 2 bouts of vomit; each lasting maybe a half hour. Then feeling great. I did have diarrhea; but for me, that was a blessing. It is easily controllable if you follow the guidelines of backing off a drop on the next dosage.

Others will have a different tale; because we all come with different problems and constitutions.
