I used to use alot of flaxseed oil but I found that it felt as if it just sat in my stomach for hours so now I use it very sparingly, and very seldom. what are your thoughts on fruit smoothies with some freshly ground flax seeds and some sort of greens? I love pear and spinach combo. Is this a wrong combination?
