Hi there,

I know you can't leave most juices very long without them oxidizing and the enzymes breaking down but would freezing it preserve them? That is, if I took a juice like carrot juice, that has a fridge life of 24h, and froze them in icecube trays and drank it as they thawed, would I be preserving the value of them. I have been led to believe that fresh frozen veggies and fruit still have active enzymes in them, that only unfrozen open time and heat kill the enzymes.

Thanks,

Amazed
