Doing these things rectally gives me die-off as well, but it does feel more effective in the long run. It's just so inconvenient!! Anyway, I've used 5lac and I liked it better than 3lac, but they are both effective. I tried 5lac b/c it is supposedly better for those with the constipation issue due to candida. I have that and the 5lac ws very effective for that as well.
