My heart goes out to you.
Truthfully, I do not know if it is too late or not but my motto is...... "As long as there is breath there is hope."
Oleander is over 90% effective against all types of cancer and I have heard of cases where in the very last stages, Oleander reversed the cancer. However, the damage already incurred to the body has a lot to do with it. Can his immune system be strengthened at this point? I don't know your dad or the situation, so I do not know. And every case is an individual one.
I will tell you to order Sutherlandia OPC from http://www.sutherlandiaopc.com. However in your dad's case, time is of the essence. I would make the oleander soup while I was waiting for the Sutherlandia OPC to come in. Do you have any oleander plants in France? You must make sure that the plant used has not been sprayed with any pesticides whatsoever.
Here are the instructions on how to make oleander soup. You must follow exact directions.

Also, I would recommend ordering Sutherlandia OPC or making the soup for yourself, as oleander is very effective against brain cancer. It crosses the brain/blood barrier. Taking Oleander will also keep cancer at bay once the tumor is gone.
Let me leave you with a link to a Natural Anti-Cancer Protocol. All the supplements in this protocol are strong cancer fighters and you will notice that Oleander is first and foremost. However, there is no one "magic bullet" and all the recommendations in this protocol will build the bodily aresenal making it possible to strengthen the immune system.

The question is, will the hospital allow you to do this? If it were my dad, I would give it to him when nobody was looking.
I wish you the best of everything, and I so hope that everything takes a turn for the better.
Please keep me posted.
All my best,
Luella
