What do people think about this website? http://www.narcissism.com.au/

It says a lot of sites say that NPD is a hopeless case, but this one seems to offer hope, indeed the guy that wrote it overcame it with the help of his wife. If a person with NPD were told about this, might they get angry? I have a friend who is narcissistic.
