ML, I copied your explanation with which I totally agree and have sent it to my email so I can reread everyday for a better unstanding of the acid/alkaline issue.

When I first started the drink and baths over a yr ago, I ran into all manner of problems but worked thru them. Then I took a new job and was overwhelmed and quit the drinks/baths. A couple months ago I started back and am using much more ES than my first go 'round so my constipation does seem better but the indigestion is an off an on thing. I still have the job but no energy so decided to try and coordinate
job with drinks.

In the past I had such great success with the baths pulling out acids. I developed large red sores on my fatty areas and a huge one about 5 inches by 1 1/2 inch below a scar from surgery a good many years back. That was scary because it drained watery blood. Am also doing the baths again but haven't tried the ACV one so I plan that as soon as I get a lager supply of it which should be tomorrow. Will adjust drink. Thanks again for your help.
