ML, thanks for your reply. And yes, I do take kelp capsules with my drink. I have reduced the amount because my throat and even down my neck became very sore and I felt very bad when I increased the amount. I do have a thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) so you are right on target there. Gosh, your knowledge is amazing.

I'll try to change the drink to see if I have more succcess the indigestion problem.
